The iDesk 8 for AiM is a mobile application designed to facilitate secure, real-time access to application data for field users on iPhone, iPad, and iTouch devices. An integrated web browser within iDesk 8 grants users comprehensive access to the full suite of AiM features. Users can create service requests, review work orders and asset profiles, access related documentation such as manuals and images, and visualize CAD drawings with dynamic thematic shading. Overall, iDesk 8 aims to replicate the desktop experience within a mobile format, supporting efficient workflow management in the field.
